Do I pay for shipping?
No, shipping costs nothing on any order to a US address. Import duties are paid by us in advance, so there is nothing extra to pay when your order is delivered.
When will my order arrive?
Getting your order ready takes 1 to 3 business days and the carrier then needs 4 to 8 business days, which makes 5 to 11 business days in total. A tracking link reaches your inbox once the package is on its way.
How does a return work?
Write to us within 60 days after delivery and our reply walks you through every step. Pieces should come back unworn, unused and in their original packaging.
How do I send something back?
Email us first, and our reply tells you where the item should go. Is a piece damaged, defective or not the item you ordered? Then there is nothing to send back: email us a photo and we send you a replacement.
