Lisa Charleston started with a simple question: which clothes do you actually wear on an ordinary Tuesday? The answer was nearly always the same short list, a soft sweater, a shirt that needs no ironing, pants with room to move and shoes you forget you have on.

Do I pay for shipping?
No, shipping costs nothing on any order to a US address. Import duties are paid by us in advance, so there is nothing extra to pay when your order is delivered.
When will my order arrive?
Getting your order ready takes 1 to 3 business days and the carrier then needs 4 to 8 business days, which makes 5 to 11 business days in total. A tracking link reaches your inbox once the package is on its way.
Where does my order ship from?
Our supplier in China sends out every Lisa Charleston order, and the carrier brings it directly to your US address.
How does a return work?
Write to us within 60 days after delivery and our reply walks you through every step. Pieces should come back unworn, unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at your own cost, for example when a size does not fit or you changed your mind: it goes back to our supplier's return center in China, and a tracked return usually costs around $20. A damaged or defective item, or one that is not the item you ordered, never needs to go back: we send you a free replacement.
